Terror Trivia Tuesday for 11/10!

The title sequence for this television series opened on the image of an eyeball, which slowly rotated to reveal a number of mundane snapshots within the pupil - a city bus, a phone booth, a pendulum clock, a music store selling pianos, among others. What was the name of this short-lived series? Please be complete.

No, although NG's titles for the first two seasons did end with an eye, and the stars then appeared in the pupil...
